Legal Fund for Tamara Lich
The Democracy Fund has supported and continues to support Tamara Lich by crowdfunding her legal bills. While her initial trial is over, the government has appealed her acquittal and sentence, subjecting her to further prosecution. The cost of expert legal representation is over half a million dollars and climbing, which Tamara, an ordinary mom and grandma from Medicine Hat, Alberta, cannot afford.
